Operations and Sales Manager

* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the solar photovoltaic sector.
* Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
* Prepare and present business proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
* Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and direct) to promote the company's services and products.
* Establish strategic partnerships with industry players, including vendors, suppliers, and government agencies.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, sales, and marketing, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
* Strong understanding of the solar photovoltaic industry and related technologies.
* Proven experience in business development and sales.
* Excellent project management and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
