
Business Development Manager

The Account Manager role at Smart Sales is a key position that requires exceptional relationship management skills, sales growth expertise, and project coordination abilities. The primary purpose of this role is to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty by providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and regular communication. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers to gain a deep understanding of their needs.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. Explore new business opportunities within the industry, contributing to client acquisition and expanding the company's market share.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, ensuring clarity on timelines and deliverables. Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage the delivery and installation of products, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Reporting and Administration: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and project updates using CRM systems. Prepare and present account performance reports and market trends to management, contributing insights for strategic planning.
