Job Description

Aminika Manpower ltd seeks a seasoned Business Development Head to lead our growth initiatives and expand our pharmaceutical portfolio.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy in line with the company's vision.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strategies for penetration and growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Business Development Team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic planning, team leadership, and market penetration initiatives to achieve company goals.
  • Represent Aminika Manpower ltd at high-level meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or senior management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
