Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Systems Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR systems and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Analysis and Optimization">
    • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement.">
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine HR workflows.">
    • Recommend and implement best practices for HR operations.">

  • System Implementation and Configuration">
    • Lead or support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or other HR technology platforms.">
    • Configure systems to meet business needs, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits modules.">
    • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.">

  • Project Management">
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR technology initiatives.">
    • Coordinate between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.">
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.">

  • Training and Support">
    • Train HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and updates.">
    • Create user manuals, training materials, and support documentation.">
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.">

  • Data Management and Reporting">
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.">
    • Develop and generate custom reports to meet organizational needs.">
    • Support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.">

    • Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements.">
    • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data privacy.">

Qualifications

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or a similar role.">
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.">
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).">
  • Project management experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.">
