Role Overview
We seek an organized and results-driven individual to drive business growth and customer satisfaction as our Business Development Manager. As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will be responsible for generating revenue, expanding market share, and achieving profitability targets while successfully managing client briefs.
Main Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Event Strategies and Execution
- Develop innovative event strategies that generate high-quality leads for our clients.
- Manage various events from concept creation to execution, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.
- Identify, secure, and manage suppliers to deliver exceptional service quality.
- Prepare and execute all event communications, ensuring seamless experiences before, during, and after events.
- Foster strong relationships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors to build partnerships and referral networks.
Digital Marketing and Branding
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Organize and participate in events and marketing programs to drive business growth.
Business Development and Performance Metrics
- Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
