Senior Business Growth Manager

Emerge Egress Consulting, a reputable HR Management & Training Consulting Firm based in Nairobi, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and digital marketing abilities.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing various aspects of business development, including market research, event strategy, supplier management, and digital marketing efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and self-motivation to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative strategies to expand our client base, visibility, and increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and achieve business objectives.
- Manage customer databases, develop monthly interactions, manage communication, prepare reports, and establish SLAs and compliance with deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- At least 3 relevant experience in Business Development.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
