Emerge Egress Consulting, a reputable HR Management and Training Consulting Firm based in Nairobi, is seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this dynamic position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless office operations while excelling in sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients with a focus on courtesy and professionalism.
- Craft and maintain effective communication strategies to address client needs and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage the scheduling of conference rooms, appointments, and staff calendars as required.
- Provide administrative support including data management, reporting, and correspondence.
- Promote the company's services by conducting presentations and events to increase awareness and generate revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, proposals, and customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal office operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
