Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the Director's calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings.
  • Oversee operational and administrative tasks to maintain optimal office functioning.
  • Prepare briefs, minutes, and reports for meetings.
  • Provide personal assistance to the Partner as needed.
  • Represent the Partner and management in various meetings.
  • Take on a leadership role with key responsibilities.
  • Handle reception and corporate communication via various channels.
  • Attend to mail, phone calls, and other corporate communication tools on behalf of the partner.
  • Perform secretarial duties for the Partner and other staff members as required.
  • Prepare Petty Cash and administrative budgets, monitor resource utilization reports.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects for the Partner and office team.
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and operational issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the key liaison contact for the office between stakeholders.
  • Supervise staff, handling their issues and delegating tasks.
  • Invoice and collect payments in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to preparation of bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations.
  • Participate in planning office events such as tournaments and sponsorships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Law or Business Administration and related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
