To source for new customers and increase the customer and market base for our services.
We build fruitful relationships with our clients and always aim to add value to their business by improving the efficiency of their HR activities and increasing the return on their Human Capital spend.
- Meet and surpass sales targets.
- Use a variety of methods to generate leads.
- Organize and conduct face-to-face meetings or virtual consultations with prospective clients.
Present tailored service offerings based on the client's specific requirements.
Highlight the benefits, service quality, and pricing structure.
Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in sales and marketing.
At least 2-year experience in sales.
Valid driving license.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify needs, create solutions, and close deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
