Job Description:
Aminika Manpower ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, agencies, and brands
- Conduct presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
