Job Purpose We are seeking one dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented male Business Development Executives to drive sales of our radio communication products and services. The primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding our market presence in the assigned region (Nairobi), and consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in technology, telecommunications, or electronics. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new clients for the company.Sales Target Achievement: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long- lasting relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our radio product portfolio (e.g., Motorola, Avigilon) and related services to effectively present solutions that meet client needs. Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using the company's CRM system, ensuring all activities and forecasts are up-to- date.Professional Representation: Represent the company with the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all times. Candidate Profile: We are looking for candidates who embody the following attributes: Proactive & Self-Driven: A go-getter who requires minimal supervision. He takes initiative, is highly motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.Proven Sales Hunter: Must have a demonstrable track record of success in B2B sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience in selling technology, electronics, telecommunications, or capital goods is a significant advantage. Resilient & Tenacious: Possesses the grit and determination to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and close deals in a competitive market.Excellent Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.Professional Demeanour: Impeccable appearance, strong business acumen, and the ability to interact confidently with clients at all organizational levels. Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications Gender Preference: Male. Location: Must be a resident of and operate from Nairobi. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a direct, target-driven B2B sales role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp and sell technical products. Prior experience with radio communication systems is a major plus.Transport: Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the region as needed.
