We are hiring for the leading card issuing platform, enabling businesses to roll out their financial solutions with end-to-end payment infrastructure offerings - ranging from personalized card production to digital processes transaction.
The company is well-positioned in the market for more than 30+ years, acknowledged for accelerating payment experiences - through a tech-driven approach.
Our Client looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Commercial Director to lead our commercial initiatives across the assigned regions. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing the execution of commercial strategies, and managing relationships with key stakeholders to enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional commercial strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to drive sales and market share growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business success.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure that the region operates within budget while maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the commercial team, promoting professional development and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in commercial management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial strategy development and execution.
- Experience in managing teams and leading diverse groups towards common goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet business requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
