Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client's team in the cosmetics and skincare industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cosmetics and skincare industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (retailers, distributors, etc.).
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion:
- Promote our cosmetics and skincare products to retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase product features and benefits.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales performance.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales within the cosmetics and skincare industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the cosmetics and skincare industry and its products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
