Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including
    calendar management and travel coordination
    .
  • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Assist with procurement, filing, and office management.
  • Support planning of internal and external events.

Digital Communications & Online Presence

  • Manage and update Good Partners'
    website and social media platforms
    .
  • Develop and publish engaging
    digital content
    (graphics, updates, campaigns).
  • Monitor and report on
    social media analytics and engagement metrics
    .
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain brand consistency.

Knowledge & Information Management

  • Maintain
    digital records, mailing lists, and organizational databases
    .
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives such as newsletters and impact stories.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree
    in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in front office, executive assistant, or communications roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing
    social media platforms
    and basic web updates.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
    .
  • Excellent
    organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
    .
