Responsibilities
Front Office Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and inquiries.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including
calendar management and travel coordination
. - Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials.
- Assist with procurement, filing, and office management.
- Support planning of internal and external events.
Digital Communications & Online Presence
- Manage and update Good Partners'
website and social media platforms
. - Develop and publish engaging
digital content
(graphics, updates, campaigns). - Monitor and report on
social media analytics and engagement metrics
. - Respond promptly to online inquiries and maintain brand consistency.
Knowledge & Information Management
- Maintain
digital records, mailing lists, and organizational databases
. - Support knowledge-sharing initiatives such as newsletters and impact stories.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree
in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum
2 years' experience
in front office, executive assistant, or communications roles. - Hands-on experience managing
social media platforms
and basic web updates. - Strong
written and verbal communication skills
. - Proficiency in
MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
. - Excellent
organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
.
