Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative Members located in Nairobi County, Kenya with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative Members will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting Amara Capital Limited's services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies and participating in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and engage potential clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the finance or marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
