Sales Executive – Go Digital Africa
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Employment Type: Full-time (Commission-Based)
Compensation:
Up to
KES 60,000
per month based on performance +
10% commission
on all sales.
Go Digital Africa is searching for a
driven, results-oriented Sales Executive
to spearhead client acquisition, cultivate enduring business relationships, and accelerate growth for our cutting-edge digital consulting and transformation solutions across the African continent.

As our Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for:

Prospecting and Closing:
Systematically identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across diverse sectors.

Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to consistently meet and
exceed monthly revenue targets
.
●
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients and valuable partners.
●
Solution Presentation:
Articulate and present Go Digital Africa's comprehensive suite of digital solutions to prospective customers.
●
Custom Proposals:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to architect customized proposals and digital solutions.
●
Sales Cycle Management

Own the
entire sales process
, from initial lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and signing.
●
Reporting and CRM:
Maintain impeccable records of all client interactions and ensure diligent, timely updates within our CRM tools.

Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who meets the following requirements:

Experience: 3–7 years of demonstrable success
in Digital Marketing, Technology Consulting, or IT Solutions sales.
●
Digital Fluency:
A strong, working understanding of
digital transformation
, tech-driven services, and the marketing technology (MarTech) landscape.
●
Track Record: Proven ability
to consistently meet and surpass challenging sales targets.
●
Independence:
Highly
self-motivated
and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
●
Technical Proficiency:
Competence in utilizing
CRM systems
and modern digital sales platforms.
●
Aptitude:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your success:

Monthly Earnings:
Up to
KES 60,000
based on meeting pre-defined monthly sales targets.

Standard Commission:
A generous
10% commission
on all confirmed, successful sales.

Performance Bonus:
An
additional 2% commission
is awarded for exceeding monthly targets, giving you
unlimited earning potential
.
Please Note:
This is a commission-based role. The monthly base component is tied to hitting minimum sales targets.
If no sales are finalized within the month, no base pay or retainer will be issued.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
