The Oracle EMEA License Applications team is growing. We're hiring driven, energetic individuals to support our customers in getting the most from their existing Oracle applications—including E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Hyperion, and Siebel.

Whether you're an experienced rep with a background in selling these products, or just starting your sales career, we want to hear from you.

Oracle's ECEMEA region has a strong, loyal install base. Our customers need strategic support to expand, extend, and evolve their systems. That's where you come in—acting as a trusted advisor and helping them unlock new value.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets (direct and indirect) in your assigned territory
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and partners by deeply understanding their business, challenges, and plans
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within the install base
  • Work closely with Oracle's SaaS sales teams to position hybrid solutions and support cloud transformation initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • Experience selling Oracle's on-premise apps: EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build lasting customer and partner relationships
  • Passion for technology and sales, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
