Role Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to drive the growth of their security footwear portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets within corporate and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and visit security firms, guard service companies, logistics providers, construction companies, and other corporates with safety footwear needs.
- Present, demonstrate, and position security boots as the preferred choice for durability, comfort, and compliance with safety standards.
- Engage directly with procurement managers, operations heads, and decision-makers to build trust and secure bulk purchase orders.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring competitive margins and timely closure of deals.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by expanding the client base and growing existing accounts.
- Provide accurate market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor offerings, and pricing trends to guide strategy.
- Offer after-sales support, ensuring clients receive timely deliveries, product training, and responsive service.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on client visits, sales pipeline, and conversion progress.
- Work closely with internal teams to align production schedules and delivery timelines with client requirements.
- Support brand visibility by attending and representing the company at security industry events, trade fairs, and corporate exhibitions.
- Monitor payment collections from clients and support credit management to reduce exposure to defaults.
- Share structured feedback on recurring customer needs to inform product innovation and continuous improvement.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in footwear, manufacturing, or industrial products.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and explore new markets.
