Sonar Imaging Centre is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Marketing) to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, craft effective marketing strategies, and build strong partnerships that drive growth, strengthen our market presence, and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and marketing initiatives: identify opportunities, assess target markets, and craft go-to-market plans.
  • Generate and qualify leads, handle inquiries, follow up, and prepare winning proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Optimize revenue by expanding into new markets and enhancing value in existing ones.
  • Monitor budgets and portfolio performance; benchmark against industry peers.
  • Collect customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and propose competitive solutions.
  • Track and report on revenue, pipeline, and market trends; recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree with professional qualification at Diploma level
  • 2+ years
    in hospital, hospitality, or service industry (customer service experience is critical).
  • Computer literacy with
    client management ERPs
    ; health insurance/HMO exposure is an added advantage.
