Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff member located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some opportunities for remote work. The Sales Staff member will be responsible for daily tasks such as identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing product information, answering customer queries, and participating in sales and marketing events. Staying updated on industry trends and reporting sales activities will also be essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
  • Experience in customer relationship management and building long-term relationships
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills
