Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, cold calling, setting up meetings with potential clients, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and reporting on sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
