Positin Overview

We are offering a 1-month probationary internship for the position of Personal Assistant & Office Manager. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing administrative tasks, supporting the executive management team, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The internship will be fully remote, but the selected candidate may occasionally be required to be physically present at specific

• Oversee office operations remotely, including

umentation, filing,and record-keeping.


• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and intern

l departments to enure smooth workflow.


• Maintain confidentiality and

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree or HND in B

usin

ess Administration, Mangement, or a related field.


• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or i

n a

n administrative role is an dvantage, but not mandatory.


• Stron

organizational, multitaskin, and time manageme

skills.


• Excellent written ad verbal communication skills.
