Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven
Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
to join our Kenya office.

The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in logistics sales
, specifically in
freight forwarding (air, sea, or road)
, with a proven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.


Important:
Only candidates with
relevant logistics or freight forwarding sales experience
will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
  • Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience
    in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs, and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Existing client network in logistics will be an added advantage.
