Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, and handling general administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, scheduling appointments, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills to professionally manage incoming calls, messages, and visitor inquiries.
  • Strong Clerical Skills for organization, filing, and administrative support tasks.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications is preferred.
