Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT solutions and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports on progress.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in IT sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of
    IT solutions, software, and emerging technologies
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Ability to
    develop and maintain client relationships
    effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
    .
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
