We're Hiring: Sales-Driven Recruiters (UK Recruitment Industry)

Are you ambitious, competitive, and motivated by performance-based rewards? Our client is looking for Sales Recruiters to join their growing UK recruitment support team in Nairobi, Kenya (Office-Based).

Role Options Available:

360 Recruitment Roles – Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement) + generating new business opportunities.

180 Recruitment Roles – Supporting clients with sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: Starting at 50,000 KES (increasing to 55,000 KES after probation) + OTE up to 130,000 KES per month

Growth: Promotional targets post-probation to increase your basic salary further

What We're Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience (ideally in sales-driven or performance-based roles)

Strong communication, negotiation & business development skills

Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple clients and roles

Motivated by commission and hitting OTE targets

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for UK clients (sourcing, interviewing, placement)

Manage candidate pipelines & maintain CRM accuracy

Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets

Build strong relationships with clients & candidates

Generate new business opportunities (for 360 roles)
