About Us

Mushus International K Ltd is a fast-growing manufacturer of detergents, disinfectants, and industrial hygiene solutions. We supply to hotels, hospitality groups, food & beverage processors, dairies, and manufacturing plants with a focus on laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) solutions.

The Role

We're looking for driven Sales Executives with experience in institutional cleaning & hygiene solutions. You will lead sales growth by winning new accounts and expanding existing relationships across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline in hospitality and food & beverage.
  • Conduct site visit, and product demonstrations.
  • Recommend and implement laundry, kitchen, housekeeping, and CIP programs.
  • Negotiate proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and timely collections.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7+ years
    of proven B2B sales experience in
    institutional/industrial hygiene, cleaning chemicals, or related solutions
    .
  • Strong network in
    hotels, hospitals, schools, dairies, bottling plants, or food processors
    .
  • Familiarity with
    CIP systems & hygiene protocols
    .
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • A
    closer's mindset
    : proven record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
