We are recruiting a
Senior HR Officer
to support the day-to-day HR operations that keep our teams running smoothly. This role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and strong administrative support across the full HR function.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Oversee leave management and attendance tracking
  • Support monthly payroll preparation and statutory compliance
  • Handle HR administrative tasks across operations, onboarding, and exits
  • Maintain up-to-date HRIS information and produce HR reports
  • Assist with disciplinary procedures and employee relations cases
  • Coordinate medical, insurance and staff welfare administration

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 4+ years experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles
  • Strong understanding of Kenyan labour law and statutory requirements
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience with HR systems / payroll software is an advantage
