Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team in Kenya by supporting client relationships, business development and administrative tasks. You'll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads and business opportunities.
· Support in client outreach through calls, emails, and field visits (where applicable).
· Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
· Participate in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
· Attend client meetings (physical or virtual) alongside the sales team.
· Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
· Assist in achieving set sales targets and KPIs under supervision.
· Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
