Founding Executive Coach
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Location: Hybrid (Virtual & In-Person Masterclasses/Retreats)
Type: Part-time, project-based, founding team member
As a Founding Executive Coach, you will deliver high-impact leadership development and personal growth experiences to C-suite leaders and high-potential teams. You will also contribute to the development of Learnemax's coaching methodology using proprietary frameworks like the Leadership DNA Model and the 7 Laws of Growth.
- Facilitate coaching sessions for executives, managers, and leadership cohorts
- Co-create retreat and masterclass content with the leadership team
- Customize frameworks into tools, models, and assessments
- Provide thought leadership through speaking engagements, webinars, or writing
- Help shape Learnemax's coaching culture and advisory reputation
- 5 years in executive coaching, leadership development, or related fields
- Certification in coaching (ICF, EMCC, or similar) preferred
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional presence
This is a founding team role. Initial involvement is unpaid; however, once client contracts are secured, coaches will begin receiving project-based compensation for retreats, executive coaching sessions, and training programs. While this is not a salaried role, it will transition into a paid engagement as revenue grows. Coaches will play a vital role in delivering our signature frameworks and helping shape high-impact client experiences. They will be given first-hand priority in becoming the lead executive coach in the company.
