Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales Lead to drive adoption of ShipShap's products (shipping, logistics, SaaS) and scale onboarding of domestic Small & Medium Business (SMB) clients. This role will focus on new customer acquisition, product upsell, and building sticky merchant relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales of ShipShap's SaaS suite.
  • Prospect and onboard domestic SMBs
  • Run free trials to drive adoption and conversion.
  • Pitch and close merchants with a bundle of Local delivery + COD + SaaS products.
  • Leverage referral program and various channels for lead generation..
  • Build and maintain a healthy monthly pipeline with high demo-to-close conversion.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Lead Gen to optimize inbound and referral flow.
  • Track and report product adoption metrics (trial, active conversion, retention) to guide product and pricing improvements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to cross-sell products into existing SMB accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in SMB sales, SaaS, or e-commerce enablement.
  • Experience selling to fashion/beauty SMBs, marketplaces, or social commerce merchants preferred.
  • Strong product pitching skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, and social commerce tools a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, with a mindset for SMB acquisition.
  • University degree required
