Job Title: Sales Manager Industrial Chemicals

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

With a strong market presence and commitment to quality, we aim to strengthen our operations across Africa by hiring dynamic professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the industrial chemical sector.
  • Identify and build relationships with clients in soap & detergents, food, paints, and other manufacturing industries.
  • Manage distribution channels and ensure timely supply of raw materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • 45 years of proven sales experience in any industry.
  • Current or Prior working experience in Africa is must.
  • Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: (based on experience).

  • Work Permit: Local permit costs borne by the company.
  • Air Ticket: Return air ticket provided once every 2 years.
