The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administrative and logistical aspects of the documentary to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the production team to meet the project's objectives and deadlines.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and coordinate the documentary's administrative operations and tasks.2. Maintain accurate, organized records of all project -related documentation and files.3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and filming sessions.4. Support the development and management of the production budget.5. Communicate with stakeholders, including funders, partners, and team members.6. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the project.7. Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the production team.8. Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of supplies and equipment.9. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.10. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and management.11. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.12. Monitor administrative progress and provide updates to stakeholders.13. Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.14. Address and resolve any administrative issues or challenges promptly.15. Assist in the planning and execution of events, screenings, and promotional activities.16. Ensure the documentary adheres to ethical administrative practices.17. Collaborate with the legal team to align administrative processes with ethical and legal standards. RequirementsSkills:1. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.2.
