About this opportunity
The role would be part of Customer Success & Strategy unit within Ericsson Mobile Financial Services organization.


The role is required to build long lasting relations with our existing and new customers, enable our business growth in current markets and support our customers with business strategies to succeed within Fintech industry.

What you will do

Work closely with Customers business teams to understand and influence their business strategy, develop and execute on business plans to enable common business objectives
Maintain strong customer relationship and trust to secure contract renewals.
Translate business plans and objectives into internal strategic initiatives towards delivery and product organization.
Maximize the value generation for customer using Ericsson offered product and services. Provide continuous feedback into the organization on product market fit and devise growth strategies for customer business.
Drive and be accountable for achievement of customer success KPI's enabling required business growth for customer and Ericsson.

Collaborate and govern together with customer delivery cluster teams to ensure seamless execution of pivotal initiatives, critical for customer success.

Demonstrate a strong innovative approach with a history of driving innovation in the financial services sector.
Implement an environment fostering creativity within the organization, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement.
Develop deep understanding of customer business & market dynamics through data driven approach and enable required business intelligence.

You will bring

MBA or 10+ experience in a similar role.
Shown customer leadership experience in financial services, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business growth.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in applying relevant business strategies within financial services.
Shown ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and leadership.
Track record of successfully translating strategic vision into tangible, executable plans with measurable outcomes.
