Our client, a biomass, steam, and thermal energy giant, is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead their expansion efforts across Africa. Their team, a group of highly dedicated professionals, is already making a significant impact on the continent's energy landscape.Interested in being a part of this impact? Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business development in the renewable energy sector and an impressive project portfolio. You get a gold medal if you are fluent in French or African languages. Your negotiation and communication skills are killer, but most importantly, you think differently - wholistically.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance or economics fieldPostgraduate degree highly advantageousExperience Requirements5+ years of experience in the biomass, thermal, or steam industryHave worked on biomass, thermal, and/or steam projects in AfricaSkillsCreative approach to problem-solvingExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcited by the prospect of new and innovative projectsNetwork of professionals within the renewable energy industryPassion for decarbonisation solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
