About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, aggressive, and competent individual as a B2B Sales Representative. The overall purpose of this role is to support business growth and development by assisting in prospecting, negotiating, and closing new revenue streams for customers and promoting good business relations with existing customers. This involves continuous improvement of processes, developing and executing sales plans, identifying potential customers, scheduling face-to-face meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting product demonstrations, providing training, communicating product updates, collaborating with internal teams, gathering market intelligence, maintaining accurate records, preparing timely reports, participating in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows, improving product knowledge, following company policies, and resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

This role involves various responsibilities such as continuously improving processes, developing and executing sales plans, identifying and prospecting potential customers, scheduling face-to-face meetings, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, conducting product demonstrations, providing training, effectively communicating product updates, collaborating with internal teams, gathering market intelligence, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, preparing and submitting timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports, participating in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows, continuously improving product knowledge and sales techniques, following company policies, procedures, and code of conduct, and addressing and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
