The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and end-to-end management of the contact center pipeline.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and regions.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

Presentation & Reporting Skills:

Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our contact center solutions.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes.

Client Relationships:

Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong track record of lead generation and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good collaboration skills and strategic account management.
