Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand into new markets.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and execute a detailed sales plan, including regional expansion strategies.
Team Management and Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Structure and organize the team to maximize efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members meet individual and collective targets.
Revenue and Target Management:
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets consistently.
  • Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Develop pricing strategies and oversee discount and promotional policies.
