This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand into new markets.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Create and execute a detailed sales plan, including regional expansion strategies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Structure and organize the team to maximize efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members meet individual and collective targets.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets consistently.
- Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
- Develop pricing strategies and oversee discount and promotional policies.
