We are seeking a skilled Client Services Manager to lead our team and drive business results for our clients. As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to grow our client base.

You will work closely with our team to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional service. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

For this role, we require a professional with a business degree in Public relations, sales & marketing, customer relations or any other related field, and a minimum of 5 years' similar work experience in an agency. Being a registered member of MSK or PRSK is also essential.
