Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager - Events and Hospitality

This role requires an organized and results-driven individual who can effectively manage events, foster relationships, and drive business growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing event strategies that generate quality leads, managing various events from conceptualization to execution, identifying emerging markets, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality sector.
  • Event Strategy: Develop innovative event strategies that yield high-quality leads for our clients.
  • Event Production: Oversee the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless coordination and excellent client experience.
  • Supplier Management: Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient procurement processes.
  • Communication: Prepare and disseminate event-related communications to stakeholders, fostering transparency and engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Foster partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and vendors to expand our network and referral channels.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Marketing Materials: Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand identity.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to expand our services and increase revenue streams.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, effective communication and digital marketing skills, market intelligence, business acumen, analytical thinking, media relations, attention to detail, high integrity, excellent customer service, creativity, and self-motivation.
