Job Description:

The role of a Sales Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies and objectives. At Citywalk Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill this position.

About the Role:

This job requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales contracts. You will also track and manage sales leads and opportunities in our CRM system, coordinate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, and receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
* Track and manage sales leads and opportunities in our CRM system
* Coordinate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
* Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order delivery
* Manage order-related documentation, including invoices and shipping details

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
