Cystal Recruitment Ltd is looking for an Enterprise Sales and Growth Executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Promoting IT products/services via digital marketing, cold calling, presentations, and networking.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Tracking sales metrics, analyzing trends, and reporting on performance.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing (IT/tech industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
  • Goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus.
