Cystal Recruitment Ltd is looking for an Enterprise Sales and Growth Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Promoting IT products/services via digital marketing, cold calling, presentations, and networking.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Tracking sales metrics, analyzing trends, and reporting on performance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing (IT/tech industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus.
