Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

Crystal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and execute targeted sales strategies.
The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience (preferably in IT), a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to promote products/services through digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT/tech sector through market research and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Promote IT products/services via digital marketing, cold calling, presentations, and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical) to align solutions with client needs.
- Track sales metrics, analyze trends and report on performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales & marketing (IT/tech industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must have experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Goal-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Flexible to travel.
