Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and maintaining a competitive edge in this dynamic sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, including construction materials, steel structures, finishing products, and related supplies. They should also possess excellent sales and marketing skills, as well as the ability to analyze market data and make informed business decisions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to expand the company's client base in the construction and steel industry.
  • Overseeing field-based sales activities within the construction sector.
  • Identifying key trends in the construction sector, emerging opportunities, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and quantity surveyors.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and supervising a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
