Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service, conducting insurance brokerage activities, and achieving sales targets set by the company. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay informed about insurance products and regulatory changes.

NOTE: Purely commission based not to limit capability .

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance to effectively promote and sell products
  • Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage to provide specialized advice and solutions to clients
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the local market and insurance regulations in Kenya
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage
  • Must possess at least a diploma in Insurance, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Holder of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage
