Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Representative, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and advising clients on suitable insurance policies. The role also involves understanding customer needs, explaining policy options, and ensuring personalized solutions align with client goals and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Sales techniques
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • High level of professionalism, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is advantageous
