Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Executive role located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include identifying customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and preparing tailored insurance solutions. In addition, the individual will contribute to driving growth by building trust and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Sales, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance products and services
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively
  • Previous experience in an insurance or financial services role is an advantage
