Tyre HW Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
The Tyre Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets, promoting tyre products, developing and managing wholesale and transporter accounts, ensuring timely collections, and supporting market research for new products. The role requires strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement:
Meet or exceed regional tyre sales targets as assigned by management.
- Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maximize sales performance.
Product Promotion and Development:
- Promote tyre categories and increase market share through product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Support new product launches and complete research tasks to gather customer feedback and market insights.
Customer Development:
- Identify and develop wholesale clients and transporters within the territory.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key accounts and partners to drive repeat business.
Receivables and Reconciliation:
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct quarterly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with customers.
Other Duties:
- Carry out any other responsibilities or tasks assigned by the manager to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B tyre sales or related automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of tyre products and customer segments (wholesalers, transporters)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage receivables
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
