Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative at Amara Capital Limited. The role is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, presenting and demonstrating company products and services, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing or branding industry is a plus
