Key Responsibilities
- Proactively explore international markets, identifying new business opportunities and expand the company's global business footprint.
- Negotiate with overseas distributors to establish long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial partnerships; empower distributors to drive their growth, achieving business expansion and breakthroughs.
- Execute tasks independently with strong self-management skills to proactively address client needs, and handle daily inquiries professionally, efficiently, and enthusiastically to uphold the company's brand reputation.
- Able to work schedules and undertake short-term business trips (e.g., international trade shows, distributor visits) to support global business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related technical fields; 3+ years proven experience in precision equipment maintenance (hands-on experience with CNC/G-code systems preferred).
- Bilingual fluency: Excellent written and spoken English with technical documentation skills for professional workplace communication.
- Working knowledge of electrical circuitry fundamentals, machine operations, and automation control theories.
- Hold valid local work licenses with demonstrated ability to undertake frequent short-term regional/international service assignments.
- Conduct routine performance debriefings with well-structured reporting cadence and China headquartered for strategic operational alignment.
